Best playmobil sets for 4yo boy

Can anyone recommend some great Playmobil sets for a 4yo boy please? - looking for his birthday and Christmas.

We already have rubbish trucks, a fire engine and a pirate island. I’d rather not go down the farm/zoo route as we have a lot of Schleich already.

He loves the Playmobil we have, but isn’t really into any one type of thing IYSWIM.

Yes, it's worth looking out for sales!

DS is 7 and still plays with the pyramid/ Sphinx/ amphitheatre/ Roman warrior ship. A couple of usbourne books about Egyptians and Romans to go with.

We got a huge castle with knights, horses, a light in the dark ghost etc from eBay a few years ago which still gets a lot of play

highly recommend the swimming pool, dd loves it filled with water 😁

also the park equipment and campervan :)

Interesting read. I like the look of the campervan but I got Playmobil last year and although DS does seem to like it, I find it infuriating. It constantly falls apart! It's the playground set and the house. The playground set in particular just falls to pieces when you try to play with it and we've started to lose the pieces because of this. It's made me wary of buying more...

The castle gets the vote in our house! You can add knights, cannons and horses very easily to make a super battle :)
