Help with preChristmas buffet

I am having around 12 family members round for a relaxed buffet. We will all be gathering straight after another event so I need easy to pre prepare and preferably cold easy to eat items. Trying for a 70s theme so so far:
Vol au vents
Prawn cocktail
Smoked salmon blinis
Mini quiches
Salami platter
Sausage rolls
Pigs in blankets
Pineapple and cheese hedgehog
Olives, nuts, crisps, dips
Hummus and pitta
French bread and pate
Crackers and cheese
Xmas pudding
Trifle
Xmas cake

What have I missed?

If it was the summer I would have salads but would I do in winter instead for a vegetable option? I realise it’s a bit meat heavy and I do have a pescatarian coming.

Happy to get ready made suggestions from marks etc and also iceland

You could make the quiches and vol au vents meat-free.
I think devilled eggs were very 70s.
Have a bowl of cherry tomatoes.

Coleslaw as a ‘veg’
Crudités with your dips

Were just doing cheese and crackers, pigs in blankets crisps (from tesco), salami platter and prawns.

Then a big dinner.
