Looking to get my childminder a nice bottle of white wine but I don’t really drink wine myself! Can anyone recommend any? TIA

What's your budget? Oyster Bay Sauv Blanc is quite nice (it's on offer in Booths right now too). Or most Marlborough Estate Sauv Blancs should be OK.

Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc for me too, it’s lovely and not too expensive or too cheap. I also like to give a nice bottle of cava, M&S Rhona is lovely, it’s around a tenner and tastes like champagne.

Villa Maria - Sauvignon Blanc
Barefoot - Pinot Grigio
Freixenet - Prosecco

I like pinot grigio or chenin blanc

Thanks for the replies, budget is up to £15. Messaged some friends tonight who also said the Oyster Bay one! Will screenshot this and have a look tomorrow.

YY to basically any Marlborough Sauv Blanc.

Maybe a more expensive NZ Sauvignon like Dog Point? Or Cloudy Bay (think that might be over budget though). I also think Picpoul de Pinet is a nice white - around £10-£12 at Waitrose.
