Wrapping paper

I have bought some lovely glitter looking wrapping paper from next which is like a matte texture to touch, but I can't cello tape it, has anyone else got this and how can I stick it?! I haven't tried glue or anything yet as I don't have any in the house so I'll need to buy it

Strong Glue is the answer (not pritt-stick)- otherwise you have to go old-school with that thin metallic curly ribbon wound round so it crosses at the back and is tied in a bow on top.
