Sticky stuff for hanging secs?

I've seen an ad on tv recently for sticky stuff, maybe hooks I can't remember. It doesn't damage the walls when you take it off and on the ad it's used for hanging garlands etc. Does anyone know what I'm on about and where I can get it from? Thanks!
