To understand Hermes delivery tracking

Hi ladies

I’ve got a package that is going to be delivered by Hermes. I’m having a hard time understanding their tracking system.

It’s now saying ‘your parcel status is with your courier’ does that mean it’s on the way to being delivered to my house? I wish they’d make it more clear with what they mean.

It means it's been sent to the courier and your local delivery driver now has it

It will be delivered today if says that.If you download hermes app you will see the time slot they delivering it

I bloody hate Hermes. If it all goes to shit with them, you can’t actually contact Hermes to complain about the courier (I have ongoing issues with my local guy, who signs things on my behalf and also brings very damaged parcels, sometimes with missing items). You have to contact the retailer instead. No good if the complaint is with a member of Hermes staff.

Hi I’m so getting confused it says two days delivery on Hermes but I go online tracking and it says we are Expecting your parcel from the sender

Hermes are hopeless. Herpes I call them. They are the only courier company that I have ever had a problem with... every time! I had a parcel supposed t be delivered Saturday 13th June. Tracker on Saturday showed 'Courier receipt 9.29 Friday 12th'. It still hasn't appeared and Herpes now trying to say they haven't received it yet!
