Boxing Day hosting

My DM, DF DSisDBIL and nephews are coming on Boxing Day (10am) for a couple of hours. Do I do breakfast? Lunch? And if so, what?

Pancakes with bacon and maple syrup or berries and yogurt.

Pots of tea/coffee and a bottle of fizz with fresh orange.

Bacon rolls, coffee, fresh OJ and champers. Easy but tasty.
