Need ideas for light, easy to make desserts for Christmas Day & Boxing Day - what are your go to recipes that aren’t Christmas pudding? If it helps Christmas Day is turkey with all the trimmings ( only adults) & Boxing Day is Coca Cola bakes ham with cauliflower cheese & roasties (mix of adults & children).
Have previously made ice cream bombe, various no bake choc cheesecakes & lemon posset with spicy biscuits but fancied something different.
