Christmas buffet....what's on your table

Doing my food shop so looking for interesting ideas to salavate over....who want to share their buffet must haves with me?

I like the M&S pork pies, with cranberries on the top.

Usually have paté and crusty bread too. And a well stocked cheese board and biscuits.

Good olives, with toothpicks alongside because I'm terribly classy. Silverskin onions.

Fresh crusty bread with a proper bread knife.

A cheese board, with a nice chutney (fortnums is my fave) and a range of crackers but most important hovis digestive.

Continental meats and pate. Smoked salmon.

A few interesting salads, like a beetroot salad (although risky with roaming guests!) or a tabboleh.

Buffet food is my fave!

Cheese, at least 4 options, salami, ham , tomatoes, cucumber, potato salad, bread stick, other crispy savoury nibble, crisps usually 2 flavours, bread (usually uneaten)
