How long can you leave a boneless turkey breast joint to rest for after cooking?
I usually serve within 10 minutes or so but I have just been reading Good Housekeeping and they suggest you can leave a turkey crown (ie bone-in) for up to an hour so now wondering if I could cook the boneless version further ahead of time and have more oven space for everything else.
