Help! Gift for woman in late 20s

I am really struggling with this one. We've agreed a budget of £10-£15. I feel like I've already bought her everything possible over the years.

I don't want to do food or toiletries. I've bought so many photo frames, ornaments and make up bags already.

Any ideas for something new and interesting?

Thanks for your input Rice. I've done four of those in the past! It's so difficult to find something new every birthday and Christmas. I usually come up with something eventually but this year I am getting nowhere.
