DS is getting an xbox 1s for xmas.
This is our first console.
Is there a beginner's guide to how to set them up, the minimum I need etc etc.
I don't really understand what xbox live is, how I get it, what the commitment is.
Do I need an internet compatible TV for that?
I have a friend who is trying to help me, but he assumes too much knowledge and his eyes glaze over and he starts talking about too many options.
I am quite capable and willing to learn and to go out and get the cables or whatever and download what I need, but I need to start from the beginning.
I have xbox 1s which comes with 2 controllers. I have bought Fifa19.
We have a telly with HDMI ports.
I think I need to get him headphones.
He also wants Forza (4?).
