We normally do steak for christmas but kids wants turkey this year. Only for 2 adults and 2 kids but will get bigger one so left overs for next day. Shops local are tesco, asda, Sainsbury's, Iceland and m &s

Anyone of them will have a turkey crown, and a frozen one will be cheaper then a fresh one.

We did an early Christmas lunch with my family at the start of December and bought a turkey breast joint (no bone, all white breast meat) from M&S. they already have then in their freezer section. We got an 8-10 person one for 8 people and had decent left overs for 2 of us the next day.

It cooked in 2 hours but you have to defrost it first which worked well for us.

We are going to the in laws for lunch on Christmas Day so will be getting a smaller breast joint for us to have at home for Christmas Day tea and Boxing Day lunch

Any supermarket

Turkey crown is more expensive than a whole turkey but any of the supermarkets will sell them

Any of those will sell them
