My dad would like to video call me and the grandchildren, and I'd love to get him a gadget to do it. He really struggles with technology and finds it very hard to get to grips with new phones and things.
Is there any extremely easy gadget that's just for making video calls?
He already has a laptop and, I think, even a smartphone (switched off in a drawer somewhere) so if necessary I can set one of those up for Duo, or Skype, or similar. But I think if it's an app on his tricky phone, or something new on the laptop, then he will get baffled and just won't use it.
He likes using the landline phone and would really love to see the little ones. For Christmas I'd really like to help him see them throughout the year whenever he wants to call, but how??
