I hate my LED warm white tree lights. I can't see the decorations because they're blinding me.

Where can I get good old fashioned warm white tree lights?

Try ebay. Use words like 'traditional' or 'bulbs'. Be aware that you will be reminded why everyone switched to LEDs when a single bulb goes and buggers the whole string! (Mind you, I've got LED sets where entire sections have failed and it's a PITA.)

I loathe most LEDs but some are better than others. Gold seems to be a colour they 'do' ok but multi-coloured LEDs make me want to cry. I just splashed out on a second set of Pickwick bulb lights on ebay after a thread here last year prompted me to get a set last time. Unfortunately they only come in sets of 40, which is pretty pathetic, but BUT BUT they include the rare and coveted PINK LIGHTS that we all remember from our ahem 70's childhoods. Grin

You could always buy genuine vintage bulb lights on ebay, but they'll probably burn your house down ...

Yes, you need fairy lights, I hate led lights, all of them. I get migraines tho so my tolerance is probably not the best!

I have got these and they are definitely not too white or blinding, quite yellowy looking and dull compared to everything else I see. Although candles might not be your thing!

Otherwise search for 'noma' brand on amazon, they do loads. I have their Canterbury Bells in another room.
