What would go on your ideal cheese board?

We're having one on Christmas Day evening and I want it to be extra special!

My ideal cheeseboard has Black bomber, beenleigh blue, cremet and a fresh soft goats cheese like la perroche with tarragon. Some Cox orange Pippin's and some grapes. Wheaten crackers are nice. Normally I don't bother with any carbs.
And definitely no oat cakes which are claggy and suck all the moisture out of your mouth.

I load up on soft cheeses - probably a goats/ewe, Brie and one other. DH will have a blue & I’ll probably get a fruity Stilton/Wensleydale. We’ll also get a Black Bomber or similar.

I’ve got a fig and caramelised onion chutney, and maybe some dried apricots. Wheat crackers for the hard and Hovis biscuits for the soft cheeses.

Ours has to have a really ripe Camembert - so ripe that it's practically running off the board.
Bath Oliver biscuits are also a Christmas essential in our house and we go a bit overboard with all the other extra bits: piccalilli, quince jelly, caramelised onion chutney, relishes and pickles etc...
For a really posh cheeseboard, I'd also serve figs and grapes.
