What do I buy my Mam for Christmas!

Really struggling with a gift for my Mam this year, any ideas would be most welcome!

She likes walking, her and my Dad go to the Lake District a lot during the summer. Other than that she likes reading, but already has a Kindle and Kindle unlimited so vouchers not really suitable. No other hobbies as such.

I've got my Dad a butchery experience gift so want something with similar oomph but completely stuck! They prefer cooking to eating out and she's not into spa days.

Any ideas at all will be gratefully received!

If they like walking would she like a National Trust membership so she can access some new places?
