How the fucking hell do you open the M&S musical Christmas tree shortbread tin?

Eureka! I have the answer! Instead of trying to pull or prise the cone off, take the pointy end of the cone in one hand, and the musical base in the other and use a ‘snapping’ motion to open it up!

Just sussed this out! There is sellotape along the roof so remove it and the whole roof lifts off.

Someone here on MN took a screwdriver to their m&s Haunted House biscuit tin because they couldn’t open it. M&S really need to work on their making their products easier to open.
