I'd love to make my DD7 a Potions kit for Christmas. So far I've thought of dried herbs, lavender, bottles, sieve and a funnel. What else can I add to it please?

Food colourings. Edible glitter.
Depending on how sensible she is (or if you’re supervising) - glycerine (makes things like glitter move slightly slow motion when added to water), or citric acid powder (can be used to make bath bombs or sherbert).

Almond oil if she doesn't have any nut allergies.

Some safety goggles if she likes the idea of dressing up like a scientist and some white gloves.

You could put in the ingredients to make her own slime and play dough.
