I'm trying to think of some desserts to make over Christmas. What are your favourites? I don't make dessert very often usually (although it's my favourite part of the meal!) so I'm a bit short on ideas. I like trifle but nobody else in the house likes it, I made a Christmas cake, I might do a yule log, and I'll probably do gooseberry fool and maybe cranachan. I really like puddingy things with cream and custard, also cake, spiced fruit type things, meringue, in fact pretty much everything... what do you do for Christmas desserts?
