Stocking filler ideas for Mum please

Can anyone give me some stocking filler ideas for my Mum please. I've already got her some handcream, chocolates and biscuits. I've given her festive teatowels, ornaments and book vouchers before. She has to be careful with toiletries as her skin is more sensitive. She doesn't have a sense of humour, so anything fun is out! She's 78.

What about one of those puzzle books with word searches etc in them?

I've got my mum some V.I.Poo.
I'm also adding chocolate coins (A must at Christmas.), a book, Take-A-Breaks' puzzle magazine and some earrings. Probably add a clementine too.
