Vouchers/experiences for a 7 and 8 year old

Hi,

I have 2 nieces aged 7 and 8. I love the idea of getting them some vouchers or experiences for Christmas as the have some many toys already. Does anyone have any suggestions of things that have gone down well with children of a similar age?
Thanks in advance.

If you are around Colchester I can recommend the zoo keeper experience for 7-10 year olds. It may look pricey but it also includes the tickets for the child and one adult per child.

Or look at other zoos in your area, most do some kind of keeper experience or a visit with some animals but they may be an age restriction.

Other things DD loved was a bakery workshop, she did several ones in the holidays and a mother's day one.

Go Ape?

Theatre vouchers! We used ours recently to take a chunk of money off seeing School of Rock which my ds, 8, loved.

They're generic and I'm pretty sure work for most shows.

Go-ape or similar if they are active children.

My niece has been made up with vouchers for Claire's (overpriced tat as far as I'm concerned but she loves it)

Some good ideas - I did think about go ape will look into it. Also like the Claire’s idea. I love the theatre but it might be a bit expensive...
