Obviously it can't be that straightforward, DD wants one that "has a real horn sticking out of the chest"

I'm assuming this does not exist as it's wildly impractical, but just in case..... Anyone?

I've never seen one, my DD loves unicorns too.

There's a unicorn swimming cap, sequined swimsuit and a unicorn one with a rosette.
You could pin a badge to a normal unicorn one perhaps

However she is insistent that the horn has to stick out from the chest (much like a snowman's carrot nose!). I'm pretty sure they don't exist, but would love to be proved wrong!!

But yes, I think you'll need a separate headband/horn!

Fab workaround, just be careful with the swimsuit fabric, it might ladder ? This blog might be helpful.

I would use fabric glue and hand sew it, personally. Good luck!
