Earlier this year DD saw a dietician for long term issues that she'd been having, she put her on a very very low fat diet (5g max per meal) and within a couple of months she was much improved and almost back to normal. She now averages 8g fat per meal.
In the process of cutting down on the fat she has become completely vegetarian but almost vegan although this isn't essential, which I'm finding really hard as I come from a long line of enthusiastic carnivores, but by and large she sorts her self out.
We are having the traditional Turkey for Christmas dinner and I do have a couple of Waitrose vegan meals in the freezer but I'd really appreciate any suggestions of low fat Vegan options that she can have for Christmas Day, a ready meal just seems a bit crap really although I know she'll be happy with it. The other issue is all the stores veggie options seem to be very high in fat.
