Present to DH from DDog

Hey all

I'm after some ideas on what to get DH from our lovely dog! The last few years I've had some health issues which has meant DH has done the lions share of dog walks, dog care, vet visits etc while I've just enjoyed the cuddles!

I usually get him something at Christmas from the dog as way of thank you but have run out of ideas!

I usually spend £30 and previous presents have included Labrador mug, Labrador socks, personalised photo collage of photos of them together (I spent more on them as he picked up more slack)

Any ideas for something personal tied to the dog in terms of sentiment? He's a chocolate Labrador (the dog, not my DH 😆)

Help from you lovely lot much appreciated!

My dog only gets dh some walnut whips but he seems pleased with them.

Have a look on Etsy for "custom dog plush"

Some are expensive but some are about £25

You might find one who can make it before xmas, if not it's an idea for next year :)

Maybe something he can use on cold/ dark dog walks? Like nice gloves, a headtorch, new wellies with welly socks that are the furry inside kind?

Honestly, get the dog to do his own searching, don't enable him! DDog has all day to watch QVC (other shopping channels are available)

My guinea-pigs never failed to treat me to something nice though I do have to admit our remaining two (belonging to DD ) are lazy little arses who will need to have the Boots catalogue wafted under their furry snouts .

How funny it would be if you got something that ddog actually chose. An old half-eaten pig's ear; a rank soft toy with the stuffing falling out; the inside of a toilet roll; all GOLD according to DDog.

What about dog shaped chocs or a dog portrait

Ddog is buying DH some new wellies this year. For his birthday though she bought him some socks with her face on from Dogsy, he loved them!

Petlandia! I’m getting this for my dd with our chocolate lab on, and another as a little joke gift for my parents from their favourite child (dog). My brother is getting them matching Tshirts, with the dog face on theirs and their face on the dogs that’s probably taking it too far though lol

@Jammiebammie Love petlandia!! We've done books for all our nieces and nephews so if we hadn't done that already for family, I totally would for DH

@MrsAird if it were really up to the dog, I reckon a nicely wrapped parcel of Fox poo sprinkled with cheese would just about be perfection!!

@Howtodeal @Stickmanslittleleaf I like the idea of something for him to use on walks and perhaps a look on yappy too.
