What can I get my brother?

Db is often my trickiest person to buy for. He is 40, lives in London with partner but no kids by choice. He has more money than me and tends to buy what he wants when he wants it. He has often clearly not been impressed by presents I've given.

Some previous successes have been homemade booze, a case for a hobby item and tickets to an escape room.

Failures have been any books or dvds (he only reads on his kindle and streams films), a cycle emergency kit (he is quite a serious cyclist though), clothing items or food items.

Budget is around £30 but I would go up to £50 if I thought he would really like it.

Novelty gifts for around the house.
A vinyl wall clock (they're cut to look like something else rather than just a vinyl record)

membership of something? eg BFI, a gallery, a theatre like the Royal Court.

Good ideas.

I like the idea of homemade booze again, but usually start earlier in the year and I don't think I have time now.

You can get gin making kits on amazon. Add a bottle of cheap vodka (that is the alcohol base recommended).

I’d just get him a nice bottle of something you know he drinks.

Homemade booze or as suggested upthread a nice bottle of booze that you know he drinks.

I am in same position for my DB - one year I bought him a cufflink box (held about 12-15 pairs) - it was black leather with a partially clear lid - he refers to it often as one of his favourite gifts ever ! (this is same brother I bought Mulberry luggage for as he travels a lot - he didn't like it & told me to return it !!!).

If he is a wine, gin etc drinker how about tickets for him & his partner to do a tasting somewhere in London ?

Does he like cocktails - groupon voucher for somewhere lovely in London- Savoy etc
