Normally I would have made 3 huge cakes plus a couple of minis —for DH to scoff— by now, but with new job, decorating boys room and bathroom plus general CBA I haven’t done any! 😥
I normally use Delia Smith’s recipe with loads of alcohol. Is it too late to make a decent one now or isn’t it worth it and I should be lazy and buy a ready made? I’ll only be doing one normal sized one.
