I'm stumped for ideas. Price under a fiver. So far I have:
miniature alcohols
steam vouchers (the £5.00 ones are paper)
a lindt chocolate
Scratch card

The idea is that people can swap if they don't want something.

Does anyone else do this? I'm just sick of getting the jumping frog and that fish!! Any ideas welcome!

Also, if anyone is interested, I got the kits from the works. They have a nice range.

Oh thanks for this, I keep picking up boxes of crackers and feeling despair.
What about
packets of seeds - herbs could be nice
bamboo pens
nice soap
key rings

Who is your target audience Grin?

My immediate family. Computer enthusiasts who know what they want (but I don't), my mother, me and my 2 year old.

I like the idea of a nice bamboo pen!!

Hair grips, slides etc

I did this last year and, as well as those things already suggested, miniature hand creams, shower gels, etc went down well! Just a tip - take the kit with you when you're out buying stuff so you can see if it'll fit.

Ooh. Plan.
They have the diameter indicated on the package.
Feel like I've done so much Xmas prep already, I don't know what else to do in December. It's going to fly by!!
