Looking for ideas please

We already have the usual trivial pursuits, monopoly, mouse trap etc. Ages range from adult to 10. It can get quite competitive, so would prefer something that's not easy to cheat or get gloaty about. Not pie face, we have two versions of that.

Labyrinth is great.
I'm not sure if it would be too difficult for the younger ones, but Pandemic is brilliant, and it's cooperative, so you win or lose as a team; no opportunity for gloating!
