Christmas Biscuit Help

I'm invited to take part in a Christmas Cookie exchange and I need some help coming up with the perfect Christmas cookie.

I have to make 70 cookies which are then shared around with others.

The standard of cookies is VERY high but because I have to make 70 they can't be too time consuming.

Help me be the queen of the Christmas cookies and give me ideas of the perfect homemade cookie!

Biscotti always go down well at these things. You can add fancy ingredients and dip them in decent chocolate.

I love the bbc good food cranberry and pistachio cookie. That's my Christmas go-to.

Can't beat a dark chocolate cherry shortbread and it's so so easy.
