I’ve sorted my other two ds’ now but struggling with the youngest!

What are yours getting?

Following as I need to buy for a 7 yr old nephew. No idea!

I was struggling a bit for my 7 year old. So far I’ve got him a den making survival kit, (rucksack, ground sheet, runner mallet, pegs, binoculars, magnifying glass, drinks flask). Guinness book of records and Ripleys believe it or not books, head lamp/torch, microscope and some glittery bath bombs, he loves sparkly baths and going on secret spy missions!

Also got him some ‘densters’ Clips for holding blankets in place for indoor den building.

DS(7) is getting some kind of remote control thing - probably a car or robot, a Guinness book of records, and a den making kit in a canvas satchel! Are we all telepathic!?

He had a teepee tent for his birthday and uses that as a den....

I’ve got a monster truck remote control car so far.

Was thinking an echo dot for him to listen to music and ask questions to. Not sure though.

Had to tell mine off for asking ‘Alexa’ inappropriate questions about sexy ladies! 🤨

The den making kit is a great idea! Can anyone recommend a particular one please?

Den making kit was a huge success when our now 10 year old was 7.

I just bought my 8 year old nephew a retro Nintendo that plugs in to the tv. It got like 50 games like street Fighter, Mario brother's etc. If your 7 year old like games then they may appreciate that. Also bought him a star wars themed mitre football that he can colour in

Dinosaur books for my grandson, though he's a proper dinosaur nerd rather than a normal interest
