Are Our Generation/Designafriend/18” Sindy clothes & shoes compatible

DD8 wants clothes for her Our Generation dolls. I found Designafriend and a ginormous Sindy today (when did Sindy get so big and lose her boobs?!), both of which have a better range of clothes but don’t want to buy if they’re not likely to fit? I’m worried that shoes & boots may not. Also Designafriend appears to have a smaller waist (well.. an actual waist, unlike Our Gen).

Anyone know if they’re exactly the same clothe size (I.e calves for boots) before I buy in line?

I know about John Lewis girldolls but It’s not a big enough range.

My girls have both Our gen and DF dolls and seem to be able to swap most clothes. I think the OG dolls are slightly more padded so some are abit snugger. As far as I know the shoes seem to fit each other.

They also have handmade outfits bought from Ebay which are worth a look. Generic outifts listed as suitable for 18inch dolls such as OG/DF/American girl etc

Designafriend are much thinner than OG, so may not fit well. Bonnie and Pearl have lovely clothes the right size, and they're all 50% off at the moment too! Frilly Lily are good too, making dolls clothes in a range of sizes.

Thanks I’ve ordered an outfit from Bonnie & Pearl (hope they’re not going out of business as their customer service number doesn’t work and hardly an stock but looks fab stuff).

I find the designer friend shoes actually fit Our Generation doll better. The clothes I find a bit small.

Bonnie and Pearl outfit has arrived and is perfect. Boots fit OG dolls.
Designafriend outfit is snug but fits, however the boots don’t.
Also v cheap shoes I bought from Amazon fit.
