Can anyone explain to me how to use the studio website? I want to buy and pay straight away - I don’t want to pay on credit.

I thought I’d managed this when I put an order in on Friday night, I received an email saying an invoice would arrive along with my order but I’ve just had another email saying they need payment before they can post my items???

Any help would be greatly received Smile

As far as I know with Sudio you need to have an account with them. The different accounts seem to be a credit account, invoice account or pay before delivery. I think but I’m sure someone can clarify, they run a credit check to see what account to offer/set up and if you want to go ahead with the order you will need to pay before delivery.

You just pay the invoice when it comes. I've ordered off them a few times & admittedly was strange but think it is actually a good way to do things Smile

It’s not unless they contact you to say they want payment before delivery. It happened to my friend who failed the credit check (not saying that’s why in your case OP). She now just pays when she places the order, not after.

The same happened to me when i bought something from there. I had a fiddle around on the site and eventully managed to pay but can't remember how (sorry). Weird system if you don't want a credit account.

I was given an option to pay upfront when I created account or went through checkout or something. But no option to pay until I had the email saying I needed to pay. Odd.

I had a nightmare with studio, I ended up opening an account as I couldn't work out how to pay first.
I received my items but no invoice, emailed them and they said they'd send one.
It never arrived but a letter saying I'd missed a payment did.
Emailed again, received an apology again and was told the invoice was on its way.
This happened every month for three months even once I'd paid in full for my order I received a non payment letter.
