My 4YO DS is desperate for a camera for Christmas, can you recommend a good camera?

We have a kidizoom camera and 3 year old loves it (also had one when my teen was 5ish). It has camera, games, and other functions which are quite fun.

We have two kidizooms. They're 4 years old now, have travelled all over the place, and are holding up really well. I'd highly recommend them.
