My first bunch is still looking amazing nearly a week later, despite sitting by a radiator for a while.

I’m also finding it really hard to cancel my account with Freddie’s flowers. You can untick the boxes bit when you email them they won’t cancel more than 10 weeks orders. Did anyone have any success cancelling fully?

Aneira11 - yes, I think so. They certainly did to me. I guess they bank on you not remembering to cancel your subscription for at least a week.

I emailed them to cancel and they rang me back. Guess they hope you feel too embarrassed to say that you just wanted the free bouquet (I wasn't!)

Yes bear in mind that cancellation isn't easy with this company, as in, you cannot email

Well you can but they insist on calling you back which in this day and age is mad

I have to say I don't like the flowers. too tall and not err 'flowery' enough for me. Not colourful

My flowers are quite wilty and I have to say not as lovely as I had hoped. Am glad I didn't pay for them.

My flowers today are extremely unimpressive. So much so I’ve emailed asking to cancel my account. I would have walked right past them on a market stall. The best part about them is the eucalyptus. The flowers themselves are looking brown and dry in parts and they haven’t even opened up yet.

@Goldenphoenix what did they actually say to you? Expect a phone call tomorrow following my email cancellation just now.

They don't say much on the phone call - just basically say they're calling to confirm you wish to cancel etc and I think they ask why (I have done this before!)

So it's no hard sell or anything but you feel a bit embarrassed i suppose. I was totally taken aback at receiving a call from them as didn't expect it at all
