I desperately need ideas for what I can but for my cousin, it was a secret santa draw and I have no idea!
She is mid thirties, recently divorced and its run off her feet with two small children.
she loves crochet, reading on her kindle, is into make up and having her nails done etc.
My problem is that she is very critical of previous gifts! Gift vouchers have been met with comments of lazy shopping, make up isn't the correct brand.....
She is a really lovely person, just not very gracious when it comes to gifts.
Help me please! Confused

Voucher for nails? It's not a standard 'I haven't thought about this' voucher but still nice?

jocktamsonsbairn · 07/11/2018 22:07

Voucher for a full body massage - and an offer from you to babysit so she can enjoy it.

Ricekrispie22 · 08/11/2018 08:17

Personalised make up bag
Cocoapod personalised box of chocolates
Swell water bottle

You can never have too much yarn if you're into crochet! (If you're buying multiple balls of the same yarn, make sure they are the same dye lot.) Push the boat out with luxury yarns like alpaca or silk. Or, go with a nice cotton mix. (Do not buy the cheap polyester stuff from the supermarket. She will know.)

A yarn bowl (a bowl with a spiral cut out for the yarn to feed through - I’ve seen them on Etsy, in Tiger and in Sostrene Grene) and some good wool (pure wool or a high wool content, but not acrylic)

Hotel Chocolat chocolate
Gin Gin Grin

I'd love to know her secret of still being able to be into nails and make-up with 2 small children!

Thank you for the ideas! @Blue.....me too!
