sewing basket for 9yo

DD would like a sewing basket for Christmas which I will fill with a few things. I've checked in John Lewis and tried a bit online but they tend to look a bit 'granny-ish'! Has anyone any suggestions please?

Tesco do some nice non grannyish ones.

Cath Kidston always have nice ones.
