Scented Candles

Can anyone point me in the direction of good quality scented candles that don’t cost the earth but do actually smell.

I bought some beeswax ones in America a few years ago that were fab but I can’t get them here though (and they weigh too much to make shipping practical)

I’ve tried the Asda Jo Malone looking one and it doesn’t smell.

I like musky, heavy scents as opposed to sweet, flowery ones.

Soy candles from Can To Candle are £12.50 with a burn time of 50 hours

Shearer Candles are my fave too. I love the oriental fig. They have quite a few musky type scents in their range. They burn really well and are not too dear.

ALDI do a nice one called number 3, it's pomegranate but is musky rather than fruity.

For slightly more expensive I love woodwick candles, especially fireside, amber and incense etc

I've nearly burnt down the Aldi one, so have ordered a Shearer's one from Amazon. Seems a good size for £5.50.
