Christmas trees

Good morning
We would like to get a new Christmas tree this year but wondering do we get a real one or a fake one? If we get a fake one where is the best place to look?
We only have a cheap one that we picked up after being flooded a few years back and losing out lovely tree but have the money to change it this year.

We always had a real tree, but last year we've were going to be away for Christmas and the New Year, so didn't want to come back to six inches of fallen needles. So we bought an 8 ft 'Woodland' tree from these people.

We were thrilled and everyone who saw it was amazed that it was not real. We also looked at Balsam Hill trees but they seemed far more expensive for no discernible benefit.
