Geography mad 9 yo

Looking for inspiration for DS2. We have most of the geography board games from Amazon , he’s too young to be sent off back packing on his own Any ideas ??

He’s not into toys or Lego and I struggle with him every year .
He has an Xbox he shares with older DS .

There's a cup with a map of the world on it, hot drinks make it change to show the effects of sea level rise

I have a 10yo geography nut

Games:
Ticket to ride
London Underground
Scotland yard

Other stuff:
He got a chalk globe so could plan his maps
City skylines game (Road planning)
Anything London Underground orientated (tshirt, Pens etc)
His own Oyster card

Tim peakes photos from space book (can't remember its name) was well received too.

City Skyline looks great - woujd a 9 yo be able for it ?

My 10
Year old can do it at a basic level (his dad plays it too and now the 6yo is trying but failing).

Oh and he wants a smart/sports watch this year so he can track his routes when out or cycling
