My whole family are Pokemon obsessed. Anyone spotted anything particularly good/unusual they might like for Christmas.

Oooo how about a set of gym badges

There is a new game-for switch i think? With either eevee or pikachu

Reaa · 19/10/2018 15:24

Pokemon Onesies

Poke balls filled with sweets

OwThatsGottaHurt · 19/10/2018 15:52

Watching- we are getting pikachu onesie for Halloween for my 7 year old. He loves to get a "big card" pack.
Hadn't seen those mega blox so might try a set too

strawberrypenguin · 19/10/2018 16:03

Bear Factory do Pokemon teddy's. They aren't cheap but are lovely.

Primark sometimes have good Pokemon kids clothes.

You can get bundles of mini Pokémon figures on ebay for a couple of pounds

The Pokemon encyclopaedia keeps 6yo DS (my Pokemon mad one) occupies for hours.

dannydyerismydad · 19/10/2018 16:06

The onesies are lovely.

Primark sometimes have great clothes.

Pokemon Encyclopaedia is like a bible for DS. He studies it religiously.

The ranges of toys over here are so poor though. DH stocks up on the most amazing Pokemon gifts when he's in Tokyo.

longestlurkerever · 19/10/2018 16:19

Gosh yes dd1 has the encyclopaedia already and knows it by heart. Will check out the other ideas thanks. They are 7 and 3 but there's Dh as well

There's an adult colouring book too.

The build a bear are lovely dd has a few.

You can get nano blocks which are similar to Lego but smaller.

Check out QWERTEE they have great t-shirts and hoodies and prints. We have lots of clothes from there :)

CrazyTownBananaPants · 19/10/2018 17:30

I second qwertee! I love Pokemon and get all my tshirts from there (the designs on the website change nightly except for the ones in their store) and there’s often cool Pokemon ones on.

longestlurkerever · 19/10/2018 19:47

Oh wow those mega Bloks are perfect for dd2! I have another thread running about construction etc toys for her. I'll check out everything else now thank you. Yes, I think dd1 has an eye on a build a Bear elolan vulpix (sp?!)

I got this Pokémon question ball thing reduced in tesco (there’s a newer version I think)

longestlurkerever · 19/10/2018 20:40

Was that recently alanamackree?

dannydyerismydad · 20/10/2018 09:21

Oh. The ball is brilliant.

It doesn't always listen or understand.

It treats DS much the same way that DS treats me. The perfect punishment for all DC

Slappinthebass · 20/10/2018 10:55

Don't get the bargain bundle of figures on EBay. I put them in my Pokemon obsessed daughters stocking last year and she (luckily) was in stictches at how badly fake they were. I'm glad she wasn't upset!

What about Pokemon cards and graphic novel box sets?

She has loved her deluxe Pokemon handbook for several years now, I don't know wether to upgrade to the super deluxe one or the encyclopaedia, anyone know the difference?

BobbyGentry · 20/10/2018 12:49

@YouCantBeSirius thank you ☺️ That’s a great suggestion xXx

SuperLoudPoppingAction · 20/10/2018 12:52

There's a lovely recipe book.

Phone battery pack if they play Pokémon go.

I got ds2 a card mat in a light colour and he decorated it himself with sharpie.

Home bargains had some plush toys like wobuffet and leafeon

Alanamackree · 20/10/2018 16:30

It was a couple of months ago but they’re still on the shelves of my local tesco. But I’m in Ireland so that’s probably no help to you!

Lovemusic33 · 20/10/2018 18:45

I have 2 Pokemon obsessed teens, dd1 has been obsessed since she was 5 so already has most things. I have bought a few of the collectible plush toys from B&M (on offer at the moment) and they are getting a Nintendo switch to play Pokemon on. Dd2 has asked for Pokemon cards so that’s easy. The mega blox sets look good. As for adult Pokemon gifts, we buy some bits from EMP (clothes, mugs etc..) and Wish sell a few bits.

TimeForMy10thCuppa · 20/10/2018 19:35

We got 7 year old DS the Pokémon guess game ball From Tesco about 2 weeks ago. He is also getting a Ds with a Pokémon game. And a onesie from Asda. Following for other ideas though. Mil is getting him hp Lego but he isn't overly bothered by Harry potter so may suggest she goes for a few of the Pokémon lego sets as he would love that.
He also has a Pokémon book. Like an encyclopedia I guess it's an A5 book lists all their names and their evolved forms. He is attached to that like a 15 year old to their phone.
Could do with a few Pokémon t-shirt for him. He has one with the original 4 Pokémon that he loves. But since it's from Primark the quality isn't great.
Can you buy like a Pokédex?

Tiggles · 20/10/2018 19:45

I got my now 10yr old the quiz ball for Christmas last year. He still uses it now. Brilliant entertainment as it is so useless.

He was looking at the super deluxe book the other day and said it is the deluxe book with extra Pokemon in it. He still wants the super deluxe despite having the deluxe one.

I got him a satchel thing with some poke balls in last year that he still plays with too. It dropped in price for a short while om amazon as I'd been umming and aching for ages as looked very expensive for some plastic tat.
