The DC love homemade ice cream so thought I'd make some Christmas flavours. Any suggestions? Christmas pudding flavour is a no go as one doesn't eat raisins.

cinnamon and rum/ brandy flavor , ( just use flavouring rather than booze for the DCs )

Peppermint is a standard christmas flavor here, especially with crushed candy cane or peppermint candies mixed in.

Ooh. I'm liking the idea of gingerbread; chocolate orange; and peppermint. Cranberry might make a good sorbet. Anyone got a tried and tested recipe?

Orange sorbet might work well- a bit boring I know but oranges are delicious around Christmas time so it could be really tasty.
