Ocado delivery release dates

I have asked this on another thread but it's a bit buried so thought I would ask again separately here... I have an account on Ocado and when I joined (September) I had a voucher which gave me a free smart pass for one year. So I am currently ordering around once a week and getting delivery for free but I don't know if I qualify as a "smart pass member" because I didn't actually pay for it IYSWIM.

So does anyone know when the Ocado Christmas delivery dates are released, and if I will be eligible for first dibs because of my smart pass? I haven't had any emails about it and I can't see anything on my account.

I will be trying for a delivery on Christmas Eve, along with the rest of the world!

On your orders page you should see a little graphic with a star and 'Book your Christmas slot' which will take you to the booking page. If not, contact Customer Service via Twitter if you have it as I've found that the quickest way to get a response, without having to wait in a phone queue.

I have just had a quick look and in my area there are no slots available after late evening on 22 December, but in past years there have been more slots released on the days nearer Christmas closer to the time.

I have been very very lucky and managed to get the only slot left for Christmas Eve at 2pm which actually works perfectly for us! Although had to pay through the nose for this, £90 minimum spend and still £10 for delivery?! Is that normal for Xmas prime time? The last free slots I could see were Thursday 20th which is way too early for us.

Yes, the Christmas delivery week is the only exception to the delivery pass and all deliveries are £90 minimum with £9.99 delivery charge. It reverts straight after Christmas day though and the slots around New Year are under the normal conditions (but very busy again so try to book when they are released).

I’ve reserved mine but i might not use it with the £10 delivery charge 😵.
