Where can I get the best for cheapest price??

I saw one at Iceland for £40 which I thought looked the most reasonable but wasn't sure about the quality.

Any ideas please?

I don't know, sorry, but I'm marking my place for ideas because DH would love one.

Sorry I have no input but also marking. What was Iceland's like? Must call there and. Have a look! Thanks OP

I have been known to buy a box of 24 bottles of St Peters Best Bitter and make doors on the box!

I am not sure cheap and quality go together very well when beer is in the picture. Could you buy bottles on offer and make your own?

DS1 & I made one for DH last year
We bought single bottles of different beers, none the same, some of them Christmas themed others just good beers from Morrison's and then wrapped them in twists of red or green tissue paper (from amazon) and tied a number round them. We then arranged them randomly in a box decorated with Xmas paper.
It was a bit of a faff but turned out great and the beer was all really good (well one of the Christmas ones was a bit of an acquired taste but the others were great)
Cost us just under £40

I got my husband one from BeerHawk last year. Cost more than £40 but had some good quality full size bottles/cans. Good variety too. He loved it.
I certainly didn't pay the full price - they send various offers in the run up to Dec 1st.

Costco sell one for a similar price, but you'd need a member to buy it (also had a Gin advent calendar last time we were there).

DH has already bought the Costco one this year!
