Decision dh present

My oh is 40 this year so for Christmas o wanted to get a present to reflect that in terms of big and silly. I was thinking about the simpsons Lego house however he recently saw a hogwarts Lego in the smyths catalogue (not the £300 one). Which would you go for. Thinking my son 9 would be excited by the Simpson house.

It seems like a lot of money to spend on a gag gift that’s more for your ds’ benefit than your dh.
Is there a context or special significance to the lego house?
Is that his main present or will there be a proper gift as well?
Sorry for all the questions. I’m not quite getting it. To me, big and silly would be an enormous daft walking helium balloon for a tenner and the rest of the money for a proper gift.
