Hot chocolate recipe?

We're thinking of doing a hot chocolate bar Christmas eve with different toppings etc & wanted something a bit more special than just a normal packet blend. Does anyone have a really great hot chocolate recipe?

Jamie Oliver’s Epic Hot Chocolate is pretty amazing.

Delicious and almost as thick as his tongue.

Whole milk. Warm it on the stove and grate in dark chocolate, then whisk till it's all melted. I think you need about 60g of dark cholesterols per half-pint of milk.

It's fattening but it's amazing.

Lol at "dark cholesterol"! 😆 I meant to say chocolate, but my auto-correct is clearly on a health kick.

Adding pouring cream to hot chocolate made with chocolate and hot milk is amaaazziinnnggg

Hotel Chocolat normally does a Christmas one, it's expensive but lush. Even if you don't buy it it can give you ideas for flavourings. Cinnamon and ginger are nice for starters
