Tablet Recommendations

Do we have any techies around?

DD wants a tablet to use with drawing apps, so it needs good graphics, storage and a reasonably fast processor. Android is fine and she's not fussy about the brand it's about performance. Absolute maximum budget 300 (my pound button isn't working :) )

Has anyone been researching tablets?

yes. i have an older lenovo laptop and i am so pleased with the quality, it is very easy to use.

Personally I wouldn’t recommend Lenovo, I brought one for my son it didn’t last 5 mins, unable to re charge, changed it for a Samsung far better quality IMHO, still using it no problems. I use an Apple iPad , but I am impressed with the Samsung much cheaper than iPad, Samsung for me next time!

DD is very rough with any tech stuff, she's nearly 15 and getting better but we've been through a lot of laptops and tablets over the years, they get dropped, sat on etc. So build quality is important.
