Can we have a weird, crazy, strange Christmas gifts thread please?! I saw this the other day and it made me chuckle 🎅🏻🎅🏻

Mil once asked me what I wanted. I suggested a couple of things & explained that I didn't want a few other bits from that range of china. She got me the thing I said I really didn't like because "despite me not liking it it was useful" she actually told me this as I opened it 🤔

Way back in time before we were married, DH gave me "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" on VHS. I had never expressed any interest in this movie, it's blatantly not the kind of thing I'd watch. He kept saying "But it's a really good movie!".

When we moved house I went through old papers and found the receipt and thereby the explanation. It was from the bargain bin at the video shop.

He has upped his game since.
