cooking time

We've got an 8 and a half pound turkey crown, no bone in it, all solid meat....any advice on how long I should cook it for, please?

I was going to ask a similar question. Ours is just over 3kg ( 7 lb).
Instructions with it suggest 130 minutes but it doesn't seem long enough?

Its 70 mins plus 20 mins for every kg. There's a turkey time calculator somewhere online too.
Cook at 170°c in a fan assisted oven or 190°c otherwise

I had to look up times myself yesterday!

According to the british turkey website its the same for crowns as whole birds

Thanks. I've looked it up and the timings I have are correct. I thought they took about 4 hours!
