Has anyone else used this company?

I ordered a stocking from them on 5th December, then received an email to say that my order could take up to 10 working days to produce and then 2-3 working days to deliver. I worked out that it should have reached me by the 22nd at the very latest.

As it hadn't appeared by the middle of this week I called to check that it was going to arrive on time, as the tracking system on their website said it was still in production. No answer, no response to messages or emails. Went onto their Facebook page to see that heaps of other people are having the same problem. They did respond to my private message to them and said it had been dispatched on Tuesday and would be with me in a day or so.

Surprise surprise it's not here and they have taken my money.

Anyone else in the same boat?

For goodness sake don't use them!

Just looked at their site OP and it's probably all made in China and then shipped to the UK.

Annoying for you but this type of company all do that.

The comments on their Facebook are full of people wanting to know where their stuff is too.

I ordered about mine a month ago and it arrived in about ten days

I got some well reduced baubles from them last month in two transactions and in both instances they took about 2.5-3 weeks to arrive. I wouldn't have wanted to pay full price and had that sort of service tbh.

Yes I've seen all of the comments on their Facebook page too. It's pretty annoying, I don't even know how to go about getting my money back because it's so difficult to get hold of them.

If you paid by credit card, contact your credit card provider as you do get some protection when this type of thing happens.

It's such a shame as I ordered personalised sacks from them last year and they are absolutely beautiful but I've noticed they've really expanded their lines this year and had massive promotions so I really think it's a case of biting off more then they could chew.

How did you pay? If it was via PayPal it's easy to open a claim

Just coming back to this as this year they are not making customers happy.

I ordered two sacks two years ago and they came quickly.

This year I ordered at the end of Nov and I'm still waiting. Looking at FB a lot of people are in the same boat.

Anyone this year waiting for their order still?

I ordered 3 sacks on the 5 of Dec and receive them on the 15 .
I emailed them on the 10 and received a quick response to say they were being posted

Sorry to hear this company is still a bit pants. Just thought I'd let you know that my stocking never turned up and my money was refunded before Christmas. It was strange, it was so difficult to get a response from them but as soon as they agreed that the stocking wasn't going to turn up they were really efficient and helpful

I was half hoping the stocking had been despatched as they'd said and that I'd receive for free after getting my refund. Alas no such luck!

Hi OP, I know this was a few years ago now but how did you eventually get hold of them to get a refund. Wish I'd googled before ordering, dreadful company

I remember this thread! I never said it at the time but thank you OP as I was just about to order from them. Sounds like I dodged a bullet. Hope you got it sorted out in the end.

After that I found a seller on Etsy that sent me some lovely personalised Santa sacks within a few days. Worth a try if anyone is looking still. I can't find the exact design but it was a distressed version of this one. Was amazed with the quality for £10. I stashed them away when the kids weren't looking to come out again this Christmas.
